General Info: This is a shared tour in a small group ( mini private tour ), starting from the parking area of Knossos ( next to the bus station ), reaching the south of Crete, to explore the palace of Phaistos. The starting point is the main parking area of Knossos ) because it’s easier to park your  vehicle there – or reach this place by taxi or local bus.

Meet the guide on site

Duration: Estimate the  duration of the  guided tour of the palace of Phaistos, to 1 hour and 40  min, plus free time for pictures.

Group capacity: Maximum participants  per group / booking up to 2 pax, maximum capacity 7 pax in our company van. For a larger group, please contact us at visitknossos@gmail.com.

Larger groups: If you are a larger group / family / friends travelling together, you can add participants during the booking process up to 16 pax ( extra cost per participant 200 euro )

Cost: The cost of the tour is 200 euro per person (minimum participants 2 - 400 euro) and refers to the cost of the guide for a private tour and the transportation with our company vehicle to Phaistos site  ( with all taxes and  24% VAT included) – cost per extra person ( transportation and guiding services 200 euro . ) – entrance fees are not included. ( estimate 15 euro per person – we can arrange it to skip the lines )

Included:

• Services of a professional licensed qualified guide or an archeologist qualified guide.
• Transportation with our company car – starting point the parking area of Knossos palace ( other pick up points available upon request )
• Invoice will be provided by our travel agency ( transaction is through a secure website of the bank, the credit card receipt is the invoice
• Maps and plans of the site and Heraklion (via email)
• Audio system – whispers for groups over 8pax
• VAT (24%) and all taxes

Not Included:

• Entrance fees of Phaistos ( estimate 15 euro per person at the moment – we can arrange it if you wish to avoid any lines)
• Personal expenses – lunch etc not included.
